Project Description
Corvallis, Oregon
The Benton County Health Clinic was an extensive remodel of an aging, 10,000 square foot, wood-framed structure. The building is three stories with a full basement. Since the clinic had to remain in continuous operation throughout construction, the project was undertaken in three phases. As each phase completed, there was a pause for health workers to move into the newly upgraded spaces. This required constant and rigorous communication with the tenant to minimize disruption to the ongoing operation of the clinic. The work included wood framed structure with new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. The HVAC system was completely upgraded as was lighting and fire protection systems. Exterior work included parking and accessibility upgrades and all-new roofing and siding finishes, including a beautiful, modern, relocated entry feature. This was a hard bid, fixed price contract.
