Project Description

Oregon City, Oregon

This project was a complete reconstruction of the approximately 10,000 square foot men’s and women’s locker rooms. The project was done over summer break in 2016. These facilities are in a daylight basement in Randall Hall. After completely gutting the existing locker room area, including removal of concrete floors and under-slab plumbing, upgraded shower areas, locker/dressing rooms, coach’s offices and team rooms were reconstructed. These substantial and sorely needed architectural upgrades transformed a drab, aging, damp facility with substandard heating and ventilation, into a bright like-new space with upgraded lighting and a state-of-the-art HVAC system. The contract was won by hard bid.
