Woodburn Construction rents out a house at Black Butte Ranch near Sisters, Oregon. The house is available as a rental for vacations and also for weekends by reservation only. The house is 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms and 1 loft with a Sofa-Bed

We ask you to treat the house as if it were your own. By this we mean you have the freedom to use it and anything in it, but it also means you have the responsibility of caring for it in a manner which will keep it nice for all.

KITCHEN

Appliances included: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot. Other Items supplied: glasses, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans.

FOOD

We supply only staples(salt, pepper, sugar, ect.) You must bring your own food and beverages as needed.

GARBAGE

The garbage can is located outside under the deck. The door is located to the right of the stairs leading up to the house.

LINENS

We have a supply of sheets, pillowcases, pillows and blankets. However for a short stay, we recommend bringing your own sheets and pillow cases (king size) as our linens must be washed before you leave, which is time consuming. Please leave the beds unmade when leaving.

FIREPLACE

Wood is provided. If there is none please call us and we will see that it is re-supplied.

HOT TUB

Hot tub is onsite. Chemicals and instructions are located next to hot tub.

MISC

Gas BBQ, Free WIFI, PS4, bikes, access to Ranch amenities.
